A:AnswerNo! It is terrible! I tried to return it because it wouldn’t program. They wouldn’t return it because it was an open box. I paid Best Buy to come and program it and they couldn’t get it to work. Another failure. Still wouldn’t return!
A:AnswerWithout a picture it's hard to say what you're seeing, but it might be the IR indicator that lights up any time a command is being sent from the remote. If it's lighting up only when you press it that's definitely what it is. If it's happening all the time it could be a button that's stuck, or something else entirely.
A:AnswerApparently they only have one program that holds the code that needs to come out to your location I’m going to check on Amazon maybe there’s a way around this for another remote it doesn’t need Best Buy‘s geek squad they’re overbooked
A:AnswerIf the screen no longer lights up, it may need replacement. If you have the warranty with Best Buy they'd take care of it for you, but if not you can reach purchase another and Geek Squad could transfer the programming from your old remote to the new one.
