“I have had my Universal X7 remote for about 7-8 years. The LED screen is getting very dim. After checking that they were still "good", I just put in new batteries and it didn't help. Is there a way to adjust the brightness???.”

• I had mine for 11 years. Same thing happened. Remote is dying.

• This happened to me and the remote was dying. Someone replaced it but did a lousy job, so I do not have this service anymore.
