No. It is locked as a "prepaid" phone on Verizon Wireless' network. This means that: 1. You *MUST* provision it as a pre-paid phone for a minimum of one month, (30 days), before you can use it as a post-paid phone. 2. You *MUST* provision it as a pre-paid phone for a minimum of one month, (30 days), before you can unlock it. 3. Verizon Wireless will *NOT* unlock it earlier than that for any reason. 4. Verizon Wireless will *NOT* allow you to migrate it to a post-paid line earlier, for any reason.
