• Yes you can you can actually go into your Verizon account and set up switch and also it uploads all your contacts up to Verizon cloud and then download it on your new phone

• I'm on Verizon prepaid, and recently upgraded to the A11. No problem at all. Verizon walked me through the process of switching to the new phone, and, I kept my phone number.

• yes, you can transfer with Bluetooth. You should be able to Google how to transfer contacts, etc.
