Samsung Galaxy A11

It's easy to navigate and the screen is much larger, which I can appreciate being a bit older in age. Another great feature was the ease in which you can transfer apps and other pertinent information from one phone to another.

I am used to a phone with 16gb (I guess thats right) and this phone has 32! So much faster than my old phone! Plus i can have a few for apps than I am used to so that is a big plus. With the expandable memory I don't have to lose any of my pictures It did take me a bit to figure out some things on it as I am used to a different brand of phone but I have always had good luck with Samsung, My husband also has this phone and he says the extra memory is great!

The battrery wouldn't last a day. My new A11 has twice the memory, better security features, easy to use and battery lasts all day. Programs are easy to navigate

Still figuring out the how/what/where on the settings and features, so that I can get the most out of it. Great battery life, charging is fast, comes with some apps and games already installed. Best Buy is great to do business with, I always leave happy with my purchase.

Its the best smart phone for a reasonable price, Large screen and lots of space.The Best Buy website was easy to navigate and the comparison tool allows you to compare phone specifications side by side which was very helpful in helping me choose the phone best suitable for my needs. The BEST part was that the cellphone was $30 cheaper than all other websites including Wal-Mart I know for sure because I did some comparison shopping for over a week.

There is room for two SD cards so you can have a lot of space. It has some great features. I did not know that it has a different style charging cord.

Purchase in person to make sure it is scanned prop

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well, the phone looks very nice in the box, I ordered online through bestbuy.com and have to return in-store to return the case that was bundled with the phone but clearly does not fit the phone, and get it scanned so I can turn on the phone. Verizon claims that the store did NOT scan the product correctly. So if you purchase online expect to go back into the store to have it scanned anyway.. and they don't have cases that fit this phone, only a glass screen protector that reviews say does not fit the front very well. I hope this thing works when it is finally unlocked!!
