Best Buy to the Rescue

She was patient with waiting for Verizon to transfer my number from the phone I thought I lost (dropped at a store but found and returned). Installed shield and storage for this non-geek. Superior service! Like the new phone very much. Great value for its price. Only issue--like my previous Samsung phone, "manual" that comes phone only has very basic info not any info which would be helpful for somewhat experienced user.

It's much larger than her old phone and the operating system (android 10) is very different. So there's a learning curve. She's getting used to the phone and is happy with it, so far.
