Bought this phone as a replacement to an A01 which did not work - SIM card was damaged. Worked well for calls and text. Camera was not a good quality.

It's good for texting and talking. I don't know what the deal is, but it glitches a good bit {freezes up}.

Needed a new phone after my galaxy a01 backlight stopped working. Hoped for a better phone with the a11 however a week after my return window closed the phone started with random freezes. The top bar won't respond and neither will the buttons on the bottom or keyboard. Some times the keyboard will slow down or stop responding too. Restarting or shut down does not work reliably either when the phone acts up.

Slow shipping and then when did receive the cell phone they hadn't scanned the activation bar code so I could set it up with Verizon. So had to spend 2 hours on the phone with best buy for them to figure out how to unlock it and my wife ordered one at the same time and hers was the same way and was also for overseas where she had to send hers back so they could replace it. Very disappointed with best buy.

I really like the phone but unfortunately it has been giving me problems by loosing connection and dropping calls. My carrier Verizon has changed the sim card in this phone and it continues to have these issues. Verizon told me to exchange the phone but unfortunately the exchange policy date has expired.

Save your money and put it towards something better than this.

I love this phone but there was a LCD issue with it. A green line down the side of phone. The ability to run to applications at once is the best thing ever-

I enjoy this phone thus far, previously had the Galaxy S5 and miss it dearly. It does have Hotspot & screen mirroring(smart view) capabilities, as I have used them both. The mirroring is not the best quality (will try again) and I had to attempt to hook it up repeatedly until it was successful. I find that every now and then the screen freezes, which is annoying. If it weren't for that, I would give it 5 stars.
