- Answer I’m not sure if this will work for your vehicle. I would check with the Best Buy specialist before purchase... I had this remote start installed in my 2017 Jeep Wrangler. It seems to be working okay. I’ve had one hiccup with this device since I bought it. It got unpaired for some reason but it was an easy fix at audio shop.

QuestionIt works the starter but it runs for a short time then stops. How do I have it so when I use the starter and have the heat/air on control on medium air but when I start it nothing comes on until I get in the automobile and insert the key to turn on?

QuestionMy 7857V remote was working fine until yesterday morning. Now all I get when I hit any button is the top led flashing few times followed by a buzzing noise. Called Viper and reprogramming over the phone didn’t work. Anyone experienced this before?

- Answer I think the internal battery died. I have a similar remote that did the exact same thing last night. But if you plug in the usb it works fine. I have the Clifford 7857x which I think is the same remote since they are both made by directed and basically the same part number.
