“My 7857V remote was working fine until yesterday morning. Now all I get when I hit any button is the top led flashing few times followed by a buzzing noise. Called Viper and reprogramming over the phone didn’t work. Anyone experienced this before?”

I think the internal battery died. I have a similar remote that did the exact same thing last night. But if you plug in the usb it works fine. I have the Clifford 7857x which I think is the same remote since they are both made by directed and basically the same part number.
