Blue tooth works for the range of 150 feet only.Blue tooth connectivity is not strong enough to go through buildings.

The range is very poor. I work a block away from my parking lot and I can never reach the vehicle from my office. It is advertised as able to reach 1 mile but I highly doubt I will ever get that range or even close to it.

The maximum range is 5280 ft. It is unclear whether the signal is strong enough to go through buildings. There may be cases where it will go through one building but not another.

For bluetooth to work, you have to be some 50 feet (+/-) away from the car. Otherwise, it won’t even communicate with the car.
