“I just purchased the 2.0 soundbar and it works great except when using Netflix and Amazon prime videos. I get this horrible crackling. How do we fix this? Its seems I'm not the only one having this problem”

• Could be as easy as a loose connection. Check them all. My humming sound problem was cured when I reset a connection.

• I needed to change my smart TV settings for sound output to PCM. That solved it for me.
