“Sound bar will lose sound and all lights will flash for 10 to 12 seconds, then sound will come back on. Put new battery in remote but started doing it again. Is it terminal? Vizio sound bar.”

• Try manually and push the buttons on top of the soundbar. If it still happens, there may be a defect somewhere.
