• The included mounting hardware is for wall mounting only (and prttye easy to do, just 2 small clips). It's free standing so you can just rest it on a table top. It doesn't come with hardware to mount directly to the tv.

• The sound bar does not have to be mounted on the wall under the television we do however recommend having the sound bar in the front of your viewing area to provide the proper sound stage for your viewing.

• Yes. It is easy to mount and comes with mounting brackets. It can also be placed on a table or cabinet under the tv.
