Just bought vizio 2.0 and hooked it up to insignia tv and it worked. I have directv. Wanted to watch a movie that was already started, I rewind movie and speaker won't work. I'm using digital optical cable. Movie is over and still not working null

One check the inputs. Two, do a scan. You may have lost the signal input from your digital optical. If it does not work, replace hook up to coaxial or rca, if possible.

I had the same thing happen. Tried all kinds of options but nothing worked. Thankfully it was under th he 15 day return policy. Returned it for replacement and replacement has been great.
