“I have mine hooked up with the optical cable, and the sound is good while watching the actual feature on Blu-ray, but no sound when I watch DVD's or during the previews. It seems like it's searching for a source at these times. What can I do?”

• The top left button on the remote is the button to search for input. Give that a try.

• Optical cord is not great, I switched to RCA (white and red) and works every time with no issue and still great sound.
