• There is not a CNN app or a built in browser. Hpwever, you can Cast.Airplay those apps to the TV from a Smartphone or tablet.

• I would stay away from Vizio products. I purchased this TV and it went bad within 2 weeks. I owned another Vizio TV several years ago that also went bad within days of purchase. Do yourself a favor and purchase a different brand.
