“My Xbox one X is not recognizing Vizio SB36512-F6 as ATMOS. I am following Dolby Access setup and its been a no go. I have arc hdmi to my tv and Xbox to hdmi in to Soundbar. Firmware is up to date and xbox is up to date.”

be sure yo have selected a bitstream on audio output on your xbox. only on bitstream you can get atmos.

I have been working with Vizio support via phone for months now and cannot solve myriad problems. I am working on a replacement. Let's see where that goes. I would return to Best Buy but the window to do so has past.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine had several connection and power issues. I highly recommend returning your unit and getting a completely different model or brand if possible. Vizio will only replace with refurbished units. I loved it for the first month, then had nothing but problems after that. I ended up trashing mine.
