“My eArc stopped working after 2 months use. I had to use the Audio/video cable to at least get some type of home theater. Reset back to factory reset, redid my M-Series TV menu on eArc etc. it works for about 3 seconds and stops. Can anyone troubleshoot.”

• To resolve we’ve had to reboot the power source and that seems to take take of the issue but it’s a reoccurring issue. :(
