• It is recommended to have the sound bar positioned at approximately ear level while in your favorite seat.

• Yes you can mount it anywhere with the right hardware. Sub is wireless but the rear speakers plug into the sub.

• Yes it can based on other's reviews. Do a search within the reviews section foe "mounting" and "above TV." I saw at least 5 or 6 reviews describing how. I have not mounted it because my TV stand is pretty big (long, narrow cabinet) that I use for the TV on top, and Video game consoles behind the doors. Sound bar sits right in front of TV.
