If you have all your devices connected to the TVs HDMI ports and are using the HDMI ARC port to connect with the soundbars HDMI out port, try going into your Samsung TVs audio settings and see if there is an option for audio pass through. If there is, enable it. Hopefully that may solve your issue. Otherwise, if you connect your cablebox or streaming device to the HDMI in on the soundbar and pass through the signal to the TV via the HDMI ARC or eARC port, the soundbar should decode the audio the same for either TV.
