- Answer No, but the harmony hub and a fire tv would be a better solution. The harmony hub can power off and on several devices and works with alexa. The fire tv works with alexa with voice commands for content.

QuestionMy only complaint about Vizio televisions is tiny metal legs that they stand on, the lack of a true base. My concern is this. I just bought this new model today (the M55), and my concern is that my TV stand is only 45" wide. Are there bigger bases?

- Answer I simply cut a larger piece of wood, stained it and attached the stand to it. No problems a year later.

- Answer To get the best possible picture, we'd recommend making sure you're watching HD (720p, 1080i, 1080p) or 4K (2160p) content. We'd also recommend using an HDMI cable to get the highest possible resolution. If you'd like to adjust the picture settings, press the menu button on the remote, and choose the 'Picture' option. You can choose between several pre-set picture modes, or adjust individual settings like brightness, sharpness, and color.

- Answer Depends on what your watching. If you are watching programming that is in 4K then the resolution will be 2160. If its HD 1080. You can hit info at anytime during viewing to see what resolution you're watching at.

QuestionI love the soap opera effect on animated movies like Pixar, on my 2015 model m series I can turn this off or on by adjusting "judder" on the menu. Does the 2017 m series have this option , I bought am e55-e1 and cannot get this effect .

QuestionI noticed vizio m55-e0 has vm50 ultra hd engine and vizios m50-e1 does not. Does anyone know what the vm50 ultra hd engine is and why m55 has it and m50 doesnt? Ive read for true hdr 10 you need a 55" or larger to get it. Is this the reason why? Thanks.

- Answer It sounds like you’re confusing the M50-D1 with the M50-E1. The D1 is the older model, is not XLED, and has inferior HDR. The E1 is the XLED and should be equivalent to the M55 E0 in terms of core-technology included.
