To get the best possible picture, we'd recommend making sure you're watching HD (720p, 1080i, 1080p) or 4K (2160p) content. We'd also recommend using an HDMI cable to get the highest possible resolution. If you'd like to adjust the picture settings, press the menu button on the remote, and choose the 'Picture' option. You can choose between several pre-set picture modes, or adjust individual settings like brightness, sharpness, and color.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to plug whatever it is your playing in HDMI 1 and enable UHD. If playing cable or just TV you must ensure your cable, netflix, etc is playing at UHD, otherwise you are not viewing in UHD. There are also adjustment settings to improve color base and picture. Hope this helps...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. What are you using for a source for your content? A bad source will make a big difference. Also, have you looked around on the internet for some suggested settings for fine tuning the display parameters? Finally, what cabling are you using - good quality HDMI? The picture is there, IMHO. You just need to find it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I played with my settings for awhile, turn on the UHD settings, it may help
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure that whatever you are watching is 4K enabled. Also make sure that it is plugged into hdmi 1. You can then go into input settings and change the resolution to be 4K. It took me awhile to figure this out.
