Yes, definitely. The quantum has what is dubbed as QLED and also has somewhere around 384 dimming zones vs this one having around 100. That is a really big difference. The basic answer is that the Quantum will have many more vibrant colors and get much brighter for HDR content, as well as being able to have much deeper black levels because of the dimming zones.
