This is a 120hz panel. The whole HZ thing is crazy. I suggest you read a few articles about it, but a 120 hz panel is very good, and much better than 60hz found on budget brands.

It depends. If the streaming soccer game through the YouTube app is being recorded on-site with equipment that records and transmits at 240fps, then the Vizio will certainly display it at 240fps. In fact, the amazing Q-series Vizio TV that I purchased will probably display anything that current technology throws at it. It is AMAZING!
