How does E70u-d3 compare to M70-c3 null

The cheaper model doesn't come with a TV tuner and it's refresh rate is 1/2 as fast (120hz vs 240hz)...the latter of which is the real cost driver.

M70-C3 is a superior set, no comparison, just list specs side by side!

They are both 2160p 4k, Smart TV's. This is what mattered most to me. Plus, the M70-c3 was more expensive for some reason. Vizio's are known for their great pictures but horrible lifetimes. I'll have to see about the latter. So far so good.

For one, this model does not have a built in tuner and is therefore a better value proposition if you have Xfinity or directTV (something with a box). Frankly, who is gettin a 70" TV if you dont have a service? Other than that, not much.
