Q: What does no tuner mean? Do you not need a tuner if you have cable or fios?
A: What no tuner actually means is that if you have BASIC cable, or any type of TV cable system that only uses a coaxial cable, you will have to get an HDMI tuner from your cable company for it. 99% of people have updated cable that this does not effect, but if you are part of the 1% still on a coaxial cable you will have to get a tuner through your cable company. I know Comcast rents them for $3, not sure what other companies charge. All Vizio E series TV's up until this most recent model had a digital tuner (aka coaxial input) so that is why they specify that this new model does NOT have one. I hope that helps!
A: You decide how it will be billed when you set up the TV. Once you turn on the tv, you will see a menu that allows you to connect it to wifi. If you select your phone, anything you stream will increase you data usage on your phone's plan. If you connect the TV to you home wifi, it will stream everything through that router and increase the data usage on that plan. If your plans are like most,,you'll want to use your home wifi because most of those have unlimited data - so streaming a movie will cost you nothing besides whatever you are already paying for Netflix. .

A: Same thing happened to my 70 inch Vizio, was told it was a total lost and since I bought insurance on it, Best Buy gave me store credit to buy a new one. Going Sony now

A: If you don't have WiFi, seperate phone/tablet, and Chromecast (which is difficult to setup), you can not access the settings on the TV.
