If you don't have WiFi, seperate phone/tablet, and Chromecast (which is difficult to setup), you can not access the settings on the TV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The TV should not give you problems setting up. The only thing that may get complicated at first is skipping all the set up features because the TV is made to be connected to the internet. I downloaded the app for my phone and it helped, but the simple set up was not hard or complicated without it. As far as I found there should not be any big problems if the TV is just being used as a monitor. I do not use the sound either, I purchased a sound bar instead. However, the TV is HUGE and I think perfect if you are going to play game, give presentations, or work off of it. I was extremely happy with my purchase, and if you decide to make this purchase I hope this helps.
