“I have the Vizio 38" 5.1 Bluetooth Soundbar with the subwoofer, and two satellite speakers. I have it connected to a Sony XBR65X930D 4K TV. I am having lip sync issues. Any ideas to remedy? Both the items were bought at Best Buy. Very Frustrated.”

Cycle through the options on the remote the unit comes with. Find "AV Delay" option and adjust up or down to match any audio delay.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I know you can adjust the sound bar just a little to help. Try looking online at vizio for support. On my samsung tv it was out of sink, I made adjustments to the cable box to fix that part. But for the sound bar, I turn down the tv volume to help. It's not perfect, but it's closer then before. You will get better support from the products website than bestbuy.
