“I have a DirecTV and a PS4 both connected(hdmi) to the tv with the soundbar connected to the tv as well. My tv(which is Vizio btw) seems to recognize the soundbar but no sound is coming out of it. My soundbar is connected to the tv via the HDMI arc.”

• I recommend making sure the sound bar is on the HDMI-ARC input. If that doesn't work feel free to call our customer support team.
