“I am in Australia and I bought this phone from America I can make calls to all phone and receive calls form mobile number but not from land lines. I was told when purchasing the phone was comparable in Australia can you please assist”

Gary - The VTech DS6771-3 is designed to work with analog, digital or VOIP residential type of service. Please contact your telephone service provider to check if your subscription is capable of making and receiving landline calls. Thank you, -VTech Support
