“How do you place an outgoing call if you want to use the headset? This is what I am doing...I dial the number on the handset and then i turn on the headset. This creates an echo though. What am I doing wrong?”

• Hi - You are doing the correct procedure when dialing out from the handset and transferring the call to the cordless headset of the VTech DS6771-3. Please do not forget to press the OFF/CANCEL button on the cordless handset once the call is connected to your headset to avoid feedback. Thank you! - VTech Support
