“Am I able to initiate a conference call with this unit? On the manual its mentioned but not how? The flash only take you between two calls.”

Oraine - The VTech DS6771-3 is capable of 3-way calling as long as you are subscribed to the service from your Telephone Service Provider. Thank you, -VTech Support
