• The Bamboo Fineline (3rd Gen) will not work with an iPad 2 if you are referring exactly to the "iPad 2" released by Apple in 2011 (model numbers such as FC769LL/A, MC769LL/A, MC954LL/A). You can see the specification tab for compatibility or wacom.com/comp. Hope that helps!, regards
