“I have a Dell Inspiron 13 7000 Series. I just bought a Bamboo Ink stylus but is does not work. It connected via Bluetooth and when I press the tip it opens Windows Ink, but that it where it ends. Help please.”

I ran into that problem with my laptop that I had just brought in February and it had windows ink on it and like yours the pen opened the program and that was it. I was able to use my finger and keyboard but not the pen. Found out that now the laptops are displayed with Microsoft Windows Ink Icon. The app was there before the use of the pen. For me I ended up buying a new laptop in order to be able to use the pen.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe the Apple Pen stylus is the only “pen” type stylus that will work with an Apple product. It only responds to the circuitry built into the “Pro” tablets.
