I had the same problem initially at first. The automatic settings of the pen needed to be adjusted. I can't remember what you press on the pen but if you locate the manual that came with the package it tells you how to recalibrate the pen's setting. It may be holding the two side buttons down for a certain amount of time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try changing the nibs. There are different ones that came with the pen. You need to match the right nib to the type of screen you have. There is a hole in the nib holder. Put the pen in there and angle slightly, then pull the pen to separate the tip. Try the different nibs until you find the best one for your screen type.
