“New HP 17" laptop with Windows 10 and Bamboo Ink stylus. Stylus won't pair to Bluetooth; cannot find Windows Ink. Process says no Internet, but it is connected. Tips no good in Bamboo for Windows 10. What am I doing wrong?”

• Nothing. It is HP Bamboo compatibility issue. GeekSquad aware of problem and still sells product on the floor.

• Do you have the correct pen? There are two, one for Windows and one for Mac.
