According to the Bamboo website, the Bamboo Ink is only compatible with Dell™ XPS 13 2in1 (9365). That's really sad because I just bought mines without realizing as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not sure if it's compatible but if there's a specific pen for your Dell I would purchase that one. I bought it for my Surface Pro. It worked with it but had a lot of glitches. I ended up exchanging it for the Surface pen and have been much happier.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe your in the same boat as myself I have a dell 9560 . Our screens are basically touch pads instead of digitizers. They work differently. Touch pad just knows something is touching it or not and the location. Digitizer canread the pens location when it gets close enough and usually has multiple levels of how hard its being pressed. Simple explanation I guess but its all you need to know really. Google the diff if you want to learn more.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My computer is still not hooked up with my printer. However, the problem is not the Bambook ink.
