“I bought this pen with and a laptop last night. I the pen will not connect to the laptop via Bluetooth. The blue led light will not blink on and connect. I connected my cell to the laptop with no problem. I'm thinking I bought a bad pen.”

Not a bad pen. Check to see if Bluetooth is set to on on the laptop. You normally need to go into settings and manually toggle it on. Then press and hold down the end button on the pen until light comes on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My suggestion is to take it to the store with the laptop and ask someone to help you connect the stylus. For your part, when adding the stylus you must go to the devices and printers section and add a new device. Please note that the device may not work with non touchscreen laptops. Also there are two compatibility settings on the pen, two frequencies. These can be selected through a series of steps outlined in the manual
