“I JUST got this pen today. I have a 2018 14" HP Pavillion 360 Convertible Laptop Windows 10 Windows Ink and it successfully paired but it DOESN'T DO ANYTHING! It won't even work as a regular stylus. It should be compatible? Right? How is this "universal"?”

Pairing is a Bluetooth activity. To work as a stylus the laptop must have specific hardware associated with the display. Check the stylus website for a list of compatible PCs and updated drivers. If you try to install new drivers, the installer will identify of you have the necessary hardware.
