“How can i get this bamboo ink to work on my Acer Switch Aplha 12, after i pair it all it does is the short cut to sticky note, sketch pad and screen sketch, but it wouldn't write or draw, it won't even show the cursor. Do i need to install an app for it?”

The short answer is "You can't". I have an HP Envy x360 and it doesn't work with it either. I got the same results as you, so I will be returning it.
