“It's compatible with my computer & has a brand new battery. It pairs just fine & when I press the top of the pen Windows Ink appears. But then I can't do anything with the pen. I can't write or draw with it at all. What am I doing wrong?”

• Have you gone through the test runs with it? There are a few steps during setup where you place the nib, while in the stylus) on the box it comes it.

• Is the device you are trying to use the bamboo stylus with a HP device, If so that is the answer, I was having the same issue and through online research and talking with HP found out that most 3rd party stylus do not work with HP devices, they make their own stylus they want you to buy and use.
