It comes with a plug installed. This is removable if you decided to go with a hard wired installation instead. When in doubt consult a local electrician. They'll be able to tell you codes you fall under for a proper installation.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That’s what I like about this charger. The only thing you have to do is mount it next to your existing 240V plug if you have one. If you don’t have a 240 plug, then you’ll have to hire an electrician to install one.
