QuestionI bought this and now Arlo says that the battery is at 1%. I thought the solar panel would keep the battery charged

- Answer Unhook the charging cable from the camera, remove the battery from the camera , reinsert the battery into the camera and reconnect the solar panel cable.

- Answer No, this is just just a "dumb" solar panel that continuously charges the camera. Only the camera does communicate via wifi and the app shows its charging status.

- Answer Each Arlo needs to run on its own power source or use the internal battery. They will all connect wirelessly to the main hub and upload to the cloud.
