Does this mount come in black instead of white? null

Not that I found for this specific mount; however, you can get the new 3rd and 4th generation Blink camera mounts in black that are very similar from Best Buy and other online stores. Also, there is a low cost upgrade in a black weather-proof mount for these cameras that really is the way to go for outside mounting. The current model that is less expensive but not weather proof is available at BestBuy Model: BLINKXTMNTBLKUSA SKU: 6324352
