It has a lot of adjustment and the best part is that it keeps its position, now going on 2 months. It doesn’t have a lot of weight tugging on it but I’m sure it would hold the weight it’s advertised to do. I know it’s made for a camera but works with anything with a 1/4” thread, like my Xgimi elfin projector.

This works great in keeping my small portable tv attached to the camper wall. Easy to install and to mount. In the photo it’s what is being used to hold up this small tv..

Super easy to install, a little wobbly, but I think I just need to tighten everything.

Bought two of these and they worked perfectly. I had cameras that needed better mounts. I had tried ones of the same brand but they didn’t swivel as well as these. Easy to get the angle I wanted.

There are more and more manufacturers making CCTV cameras that make it easier than ever to monitor your home, business, and check in on your pets! Most of these come with mounting hardware, that sometimes fails to meet the need of properly securing the camera, to say in position. This meant having to modify an existing mount to work or finding a solution that works better than the OEM hardware. Wasserstein now has mounts available that work with most of the various smart cameras available at Best Buy. In the box, you’ll find the mount, a convenient adapter for Blink cameras, the base plate, and some screws/hardware for mounting. The manual gives you a brief walk through of installation and explains the blink camera adapters use. I used mine for an Arlo Pro wireless camera, which comes with a magnetic mount, making it easy to install but failing to stay in place when some overly attentive flying neighbors decided to land on it. The installation was extremely easy. I removed the old magnetic mount, drilled a couple more holes for the new base plate, screwed it in place, then tightened the various mount points to keep the camera in place. Installing the mount to the base is as simple as lining up the base plate and twisting the mount into place. The camera itself has a standard thread for mounting and screwed into place easily. Now, I still get alerts about the birds. I’m not sure that will change any time soon, but at least the camera isn’t pointing on the ground or sitting on my driveway anymore. I even purchased a second one, to use with an indoor Pan camera from another manufacturer I received as a gift earlier in the year. It allowed me to have the camera at an elevated view, without my dogs pulling on the cord and knocking it over. Overall, I’d highly recommend this mount for your smart cameras! Especially those needing them for a Blink camera or any other camera that can use a standard thread mount!

The number of people investing in do-it-yourself home security devices has risen considerably in the last few years, and cameras are among the more popular devices they’re buying. The one problem with many of them however, is that many times, they only include very basic magnetic mounts to put the cameras up with; the cameras will magnetically stick to these mounts, which make it very quick and easy to put them pretty much wherever you want. Unfortunately, those types of mounts also make it very easy for people to reach up and pull a camera down and steal it when used outdoors, or for animals or weather to knock them loose. The Wasserstein Universal Camera Wall Mount is a more solid mount for outdoor use, made of metal mostly. It screws into a variety of surfaces and has a tripod sized screw on the end, that will go into any camera (or case for a camera) that has the female end of a tripod mount on it. At around 4.25 inches long, and 2.68 inches wide, it’s not huge. A thumb turn midway through the mount allows you to rotate the camera in many different positions and tighten it there to secure it; it will rotate 360 degrees, and tilt 180 degrees. It’s much harder for thieves to take anything mounted to it, or other things to knock it around, since your camera isn’t just basically sitting on it magnetically. You simply screw the base into your surface of choice (screws included), attach the body, and screw your camera into the end and position it. That’s all there is to it, and you have a secure camera setup outdoors. In the pics, I have examples of how it looks with a full-sized Eufy Pro camera, a Blink camera, and an Arlo 1st generation camera. The Eufy and Arlos have built-in screw mounts on their camera bodies – the Blink cameras will either require a 3rd party case over them that has one to use these types of mounts, or, you can use the included small black adapter that comes with the mount that “snaps” onto the back of a Blink camera and offers a tripod mount just above the main one. The mount works fine with all three, but do make sure and tighten it thoroughly if using the larger Eufy cameras due to their weight (heavier). I was able to position any of the cameras as needed, and even curious birds exploring it didn’t knock it out of position. These are a must for anyone using cameras outdoors. The only negative is that I don’t see where this model is available in any color other than White (so far), and I’d really like to see more options like Black, Grey, etc., to better match a variety of outdoor surfaces, or match cameras if you put a silicone colored skin on them to match your outdoor walls. Wasserstein has another mount that does come in black or white which I’ve also used, and they’re nearly as good, but could not quite handle the weight long term of my Eufy as much as this one seems it will. Recommended.

This got to be the easiest review I have ever written. The box houses everything I need to set-up my existing Arlo security cam. Screws, sheet rock adapters( for said screws). and mount. That's it. Installation took only a few moments. And now I feel even more secure with the feeling that my camera won't fall off my wall when the wind blows too strongly. And at USD of under $20,this is really a no-brainer. If you've read this far, you should already have this in your cart. Go get it. Highly recommended.

Product appears to be robust and very well-made. It was easy to install and provides for much more versatility in positioning the camera. By standing further away from the mounting surface than the mount that comes with the camera, it also allows a little more video coverage. It also holds its position better when item is subject to force (as when the battery has to be removed). Well worth the money.

--- SETUP --- There are three main components for the mount: the base, the mount itself, and the wall-ring. The setup will require a Phillips Screwdriver, and it is quick and simple to set up. --- FEATURES --- The mount has 2 points of articulation, 360 degree swivel, and 180 degree tilt. It is weather proof and rugged for outdoor and indoor use. --- PERFORMANCE --- This mount took all but 5 minutes to install. I didn’t have to remove my camera’s protective cover. I used an Arlo camera on the mount. It has held my camera indoors at my desired angle. --- EXPECTATIONS --- After installing the mount, it remained there at the set angle. The screw allowed me to tighten the swivel so that it doesn’t tilt downward with the weight of the camera. Since I use my Arlo wirelessly, I have to remove it occasionally. To remove it, I simply twist the base and the mount comes off so that I can remove the Arlo camera and charge it. When it’s recharged, it is ready to be remounted to the wall-ring by twisting it back on. --- VALUE --- This is an inexpensive mount that is perfect for more options in angling your camera. --- APPROVAL --- If you have lost your original mounts or simply need an upgrade, this is the go to mount.

I have 4 outdoor Ring Cameras, will probably add 2 more. I love the convenience and accuracy of these cameras. But I've tried 3 different mounts trying to find one that offers plenty of flexibility and will last. The plastic Ring mounts simply have not lasted, first battery change and the plastic mount is to brittle to reconnect or hold it place. After my first extended use I've been replacing all my mounts when I replace the battery (18-24mo after installation). What I've been looking for is a dual joint mount, made of mostly metal. Ding, ding the right combination has been found. Now how easy to mount and does it stay. Screw mounting the plastic disk is pretty easy, but you have to get all three screws completely flush. I had one screw that was a little off, that was a nuisance. Had the recess been a little deeper it would not have been a problem. I do wish the plastic disk was metal, but it does the job once screwed in correctly. The ball joint has a rubbery finish and that helps it stay in place when screwed back together. The second ball adjustment where it screws to the camera is metal and can be screwed quite tightly. The camera mount and stop nut worked perfectly. Overall the mount is a little larger than some others but it does a great job of holding the camera in place tightly. I'm glad it comes in white, it matches my waterproof camera covers. All told it does a great job, better than any others I've tried. I wish it had all metal construction, only time will tell if it's a real issue. But it does a great job of pointing my camera exactly where I want it, and holds it there securely.

I found this to be an easy to mount to most any wall or ceiling. Three screws holds the locking base in place. It gives the camera wall mount a clean look with little chance of the hardware showing. Twist to lock the mount to the base. It come with an adapter for BLINK cameras. The body twist in all three axis for easy aiming of the camera or spot light. Most cameras come with a universal threaded socket which fit my camera perfectly. Once I have the camera aimed, all axis can be locked in place for vibration free use. The mount feels solid and is sold at an economical price.

I like the look and function of this camera wall or other flat surface mount. It's really easy to install. Just screw its included mounting plate to the wall or other flat surface in the location desired and twist the mount into place and that's it. The mount is fully adjustable to get the camera situated as needed for your area of desired coverage. My Arlo Pro camera threaded mounting port perfectly screws onto the mount.

I have many Arlo cameras, and I wanted a camera mount which could easily be removed for charging. The issue I have with many mounts is the lack of adjustment to ensure the best camera angle. The install was pretty simple: I just marked my drywall where the 3 screws went, drilled, placed the drywall anchors, screwed the base of the mount down, and lastly placed the camera on the mount. I like how many points of adjustment this mount has to make sure I can obtain the best possible camera placement. This mount does not allow for a USB charging cable to stay in place and allow continuous power, so this mount would not be the best choice for that. Pros Multiple points of adjustment Easy-to-remove mount for charging camera Cons Screw base does not allow for continuous charging Overall, I would recommend this mount for an area which does not have access to power, but has easy camera removal for recharging.

Great Product, used it to mount a baby cam on the wall near the crib. Extremely adjustable and really good quality!

This base for an Arlo camera/light is fantastic. It is easy to install, easy to adjust for the best coverage, and holds secure when adjusting knobs are tightened.
