They main difference is probably going to be the frame rate lock being usually 120 fps for the ps5 and 30-60 for the ps4 and the graphics are naturally going to be better in the ps5 version.

Yes! There will be a graphics difference along with a higher frame rate (allows a smoother picture) as long as your television is up to date as well (4k resolution or higher for best possible picture).

Yes. The ps5 takes advantage of the dual sense controller features but some PS4 games come with an upgraded ps5 version that will be redeem on PSN, but will require the PS4 disc to activate
