• This listing is for the physical one. On Best Buy's website, unless the listing for a game specifically says it is a "digital" version/copy of the game, then you are viewing the physical copy. The simplest and fastest way to purchase the game digitally would be directly through the PlayStation Store on the PS5. If you're wanting to buy it physical, Best Buy is a great place to do so, and is personally my go to place.

• It is for both. There is no difference to owning the digital and CD.
