“How much Ram does it come with it didn't show on the specs for that ?”

This is a hard drive --- NO RAM on board. There is a cache, but no ram and the two aren't really comparable --- the former supports the drive, not your software. That latter memory is the responsibility of your computer

computer comes with 12 GB ram (an 8 GB and a 4 GB stick). I did hunt down the correct 16 GB ram type and speed Dell approved stick and am just waiting to install it when I think I have used up enough of the warranty. GEEK SQUAD did add a hard drive for more storage. I have not had any issues at 12 GB but am not a real power user.

1 Terabyte of storage space listed. Upon formatting to desired type, it actual has about 930 Gigabytes of usable storage.

Don't understand your question about how much ram. This is a 1 tb IDE disk drive. It has nothing to do with ram.
