Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Serial ATA or in short SATA are much better than and are a norm for motherboards to have only SATA connections. The box DOES NOT come with the SATA cable. Make sure you have a spare SATA cable lying around or BUY for $10 or so. You will also need your own screw driver but does come with 4 screws.

Please try again later.I put one in a Samsung, one in an Acer and one in a Lenovo Flex and, in every case: dropped it into the pit under bottom-side hatch cover, slid a it few millimeters to other end and tightened the tiny screw in the hatch cover til snug...no cables or such
