“I just uploaded 7000 photos. Now all I see are icons and not the actual picture when I open the file and choose view icon. How can I see the photos like all my other flash drives were able to do. These are all jpegs.”

• Is there a check mark next to each filename? Perhaps you only uploaded shortcuts, not the actual files.

• From what I understand from a tech at Best Buy is it is in a zip file and you just have to upen that up. Also you could call WD or BB and they will give you specific step by step.

• You downloaded to many at one time. Depending on you folders, try copying less pictures at a time. You might have to reduce the number numerous times until you have the correct number that can be copied.
